Return conditions

We only accept cartridges that meet the following criteria:

✔ Original OEM cartridges (HP, Canon, Brother, Epson)
✔ Legible and identifiable reference
✔ Good physical condition (not punctured, not damaged)
✔ Lot containing multiple cartridges (recommended volume)

❌ Compatible / generic cartridges refused
❌ Damaged or recycled cartridges refused
❌ Spontaneous shipment without prior validation refused

How does the program work?

  1. Fill out the estimation form

  2. We analyze your references and quantities

  3. You receive an indicative voucher estimate

  4. After validation, you ship the lot to the provided address

  5. Upon receipt and verification, the final amount is confirmed, and a promo code is sent to you

Voucher estimation and validation

The amount communicated before shipment is an indicative estimate based on the declared references and quantities.

After receipt and physical verification of the OEM cartridges (authenticity, condition, and compliance), the final amount of the voucher may be confirmed, adjusted, or refused if the criteria are not met.

This procedure guarantees fair and responsible processing of each request.

Lot verification and adjustment

Upon receipt, each lot is checked to verify:

  • OEM authenticity

  • Physical condition of cartridges

  • Reference and quantity compliance

If certain cartridges do not meet the criteria (compatible, damaged, or non-compliant), the voucher amount will be adjusted based on the cartridges that can actually be valorized.

Shipping costs

Depending on the estimated value of the lot and the proposed volume:

  • Shipping costs may be borne by the customer

  • A prepaid shipping label may be offered for lots with sufficient value or for regular Cartouchify customers

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure the program's viability.

Voucher validity and terms of use

The Cartouchify voucher:

  • Is valid for 3 months from its issue date

  • Is usable across the entire store

  • Is valid for orders of €30 minimum

  • Is not combinable (only one voucher per order)

These conditions ensure the smooth operation and sustainability of the take-back program.

Sending cartridges

The shipping address is communicated only after validation of the estimate.
Any spontaneous shipment without prior agreement cannot be processed.

Received cartridges are sorted and grouped before recycling through specialized channels.
